Papalimani

Papalimani is a small sandy beach on the northern coast of Thassos, located approximately 3km west of the island's capital Limenas, featuring shallow and crystal-clear turquoise waters perfect for families and relaxed swimming. Surrounded by impressive pine trees that reach down to the shoreline, it offers natural shade and an authentically Thassian atmosphere. The beach is partly organized with sun loungers, umbrellas, a wooden jetty, and an all-day beach bar and restaurant, making it a favorite spot for both locals and visitors.

The beach is accessible by car from the main Limenas–Skala Prinos road, where a visible sign indicates the turnoff to Papalimani and a parking area is available in the shade of pine trees next to the highway.
