Kanakia Beach is located on the southwestern tip of Salamina and is one of the island's most beautiful destinations, featuring crystal-clear waters and a tranquil atmosphere. It is surrounded by a dense pine forest that reaches the shoreline, offering natural shade and a stunning natural setting. On summer weekends it attracts many visitors from Athens, while on weekdays it retains its quiet and relaxing character.

Access

The beach is accessed via a scenic path through the pine forest, and is also reachable by car — approximately 35 minutes from the centre of Salamina.
